睡眠逐渐恢复正常

随着气温逐渐加热,我的睡眠也逐渐恢复正常。总结下来的经验,最重要的一点就是“健康饮食”。唯有健康饮食,能够保证整个人的良好状态,再加上适量锻炼和足够睡眠。一个人的状态绝不会差到哪里。

住在乡下,常常能够听到虫叫鸟鸣,自然的气息,让我的身心感受到愉悦。我一直都知道,亲近自然,我才能感受更多的生命愉悦。我想把自己的生存环境改善好,每天都住得非常舒适愉悦,小动物和各种花草也能够自然快乐,天地人和谐一体。







My Happy Life
As the weather gets warmer, I am sleeping much better now. I learned a very important lesson: Eating healthy food is the most important thing! When you eat well, exercise a little, and get enough sleep, you will feel great every day.

I live in the countryside. I love hearing the birds singing and the bugs chirping. Being close to nature makes me feel very happy. I want to make my home a beautiful place where I can live comfortably. I also want the little animals and flowers to be happy here, too. It feels wonderful when people and nature live together peacefully!
